Hello, I’m Shaunna Karlous, founder of Lux Nest Real Estate, a name synonymous with exceptional real estate service in the Vancouver, Washington area. Born and raised here in Washington State, my journey in real estate spans over 14+ years with each year deepening my commitment to this community and its residents.
My passion lies in making meaningful connections, particularly in assisting multi-generations, empty nesters and older adults as they transition to new move-up living situations. This passion is rooted in my education at CWU, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness and Sports Management with a focus on Gerontology. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), I blend my in-depth knowledge with my love for helping families navigate the complexities of moving from a long-term home. My expertise doesn’t stop there. At Lux Nest Real Estate, I specialize in luxury homes but also cater to a diverse clientele, including first-time buyers and seasoned investors. I understand that each client’s needs are unique and we are dedicated to providing a luxury experience tailored to each individual.
With a deep understanding of the SW Washington market, including Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battleground, Ridgefield, Woodland, Brush Prairie, Felida, Kalama, Clark, and Cowlitz Counties, I ensure that our clients receive world-class service to achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with my family, including my college sweetheart husband of 32+ years, our two adult children, a beloved grandchild and fur babies. My life is enriched by a variety of interests such as entertaining, healthy cooking, landscaping, home design, sunrise and sunset gazing, international travel embracing all ways of life cultures, communities, and interesting people.
